I'm having a horrible time with my dizziness. This by far right now is the most debilitating symptom. My head feels so weird... I feel like I'm floating, swaying, or bouncing. I don't get the spinning feeling, just the unsteady one. It's not so bad if I'm sitting still, but when I'm walking or moving around I feel like I'm going to fall.

It's making me crazy! This symptom has been there always, but it has always been intermittent. However recently it is almost always there.

Does anyone have ANY suggestions? I need help. This is really starting to stress me out... I can't do anything!

Thanks so much.

Have you searched here on dizziness? Keebler has a bunch of links on dizziness and vestibular disorders.

I have dizzy, off-balance issues, too - I hear your frustration!

Ginger CAPSULES might work well. Ginger tea can help but does not have the amount as a capsule.

What abx are your taking? If zithromax, minocycline or Biaxin, these can be hardest on the ears. Liver support is vital.

Milk Thistle, NAC and ALA are the top liver support considerations.

Personally, I would take a look at the KPU data. There's lots of it here at Lymenet, that you can access using the search function.

B6 and zinc are key to these symptoms, in my experience.

Hope this helps!

Best,

Cass A

I know it sucks, really good advice given. Keep

electrolytes going in at all times. I liked the B12

IM for the nerves and a pinch of salt for other

symptoms. It took me 3 months to get over the worst

of the dizzys so far. Hang in there.
