Anyone ever use this to quell symptoms?

I am using it (three sessions thus far) for organ system clensing, energy increase, and pain management. I have to say that I feel somewhat better.

anyone try?

BTW- my acupuncturist has Lyme. She also does not believe it came from Plum Island. She claims that signs and symptoms date to the 19th century -

She's right. It may even date back to the 1600's according to some data I've seen.

Acupuncture may help...see other thread on this.

I have been doing acupuncture for the last few months, once a week. I initially got a bit worse and then better.

I feel great the day of and a day or two after. I have to really work at keeping my body relaxed. I have been in so much pain for so long that my "normal" body positioning has become tight and tense. When this is changes to a more relaxed position it feels abnormal and can be painful in its own way.

Overall, I think it is very beneficial. I stopped using my steroid inhaler as I learned steroids are not to be taken when you have Lyme. I think the acupuncture has helped a great deal with my asthma as I am doing well without the steroid inhaler.

My pain is in the first stages of getting better and I think acupuncture has been a help.

BTW: my treatments are pretty intense, he uses 50-75 needles at a time and they are hooked up to electricity.

Hope you find relief!

Accupuncture helped me a great deal! Make sure you go to a licensed LAC and one that has a good track record for treating Lyme.

Good luck!
