Has anyone tried topical hydrocortisone on certain areas of your body for pain relief? If so, what was your experience with it? Thanks!

Hi, try flex cream by pharmanex. Dr. B recommends it under is list with supplements. It works awesome and I've had some major tendonitis since getting lyme.

- Even topical hydrocortisone is not a good idea for lyme patients. Glad to see Janice recommended a steroid-free cream from Dr. B's list so you know it's safe. -
