Flagyl is the most successful medication to kill the cyst form of lyme. You can take it with various other meds such as amoxicillin or zithromax which will kill the spirochete form of lyme.
Levaquin is the most successful medication for bartonella.
Mepron and zithromax are the most successful combination to kill babesiosis. Plus you should also take artimesinin in a pulsed fashion.
Have you read the Burrascano lyme disease treatment guidelines? That's where you can read that these are the preferred treatments. The guidelines can be found on the ILADS website. There is a lot of other good info on that site.
Lyme is a complex disease, and so are the coinfections. Each disease responds to different antibiotics. And, it is rare that a person has only lyme disease. Most often, people have lyme, babesiosis, and bartonella. They can have other diseases besides. But, these are the most common ones.
