Hi all~

Went for a long walk today and towards the end got really tired/achy felt a tad ferverish.

Could exercising be a way to detox? If so, would like to know about it.

I'm not sure if it's a detox, but good for you for walking, and maybe this will help you feel better. Walking was really a turning point for me.

txgirl09,
awesome. How much do you walk? Did it help reduce the symptoms?

I started just a few weeks ago walking 3 days a week. Nothing too fast, but I'm walking for about 20 minutes. I've really started to feel better, and it has reduced my symptoms. At first, I made myself get moving even though I didn't feel like it.

I know others have said it made them feel worse, so just see how it makes you feel.

Exercise does SOOO MUCH for us.

Detox/lymph drainage/immune builder
and much much more.

Just start out slow. Which it sounds like you are doing.

The first time I went out for a 15 minute walk. I got home and felt sick to my stomach and the next day was THE WORST. My legs felt like noodles and were sore beyond belief.

It's a herx. And you're jarring those suckers loose.

Think of your body as a Pond. If the pond just sits there for days and years acquiring debris it will become stagnant and gross looking.

But if the pond is flowing well and replenishing itself... it looks beautiful : )

Your body is the same way.

--Exercise-- (Take about 2 minutes between each exercise and STRETCH) Breath easy and stretch.

1) Jumping Jacks (Great for lymph drainage. All of the bouncing clears out toxins. It's why some Doctors recommend trampolines- be careful wiht this though- slow)

2) Squats
3) Calf raises
4) Wall Sits
5) Pushups
6) Rows
7) Situps
8) Lunges
