I asked on a previous post, but this question has never really been answered.

Can you take same time as antibiotic, other vitamins, probiotics?

Thanks,
Jen

But can you swallow it same time as ABX, other vitamins, or probiotcs? I take all three of these seperately now and trying to figure out where to add it in.

You can take Florastor (S.Boulardii) with your other probiotics and most vitamins.

Just don't take it with supplements that have antifungal properties such as OLE, oil of oregano, GSE, caprylic acid, etc.

If you do take antifungal supplements or meds, you should take the Florastor 2-3hrs afterwards.

Also, avoid taking antibiotics and probiotics at the same time. Take the probiotics at least 2hrs after the antibiotics if you can.

Does that help clear things up?

Just a note, correcting the above post. If you are taking FLorastor you cannot take any antifungals at all or it will kill it right off regardless of the spacing out of the meds. If you need anti-fungal drugs then hold the FLorastor until you come off of them or you are just wasting the Florastor.
