I'm not talking about your typical stiff neck.

this pain is is located just behind my earlobes

near the jaw joint.

chewing does not effect it. just a dull,

stabbing pain that is progressively getting

worse over the last couple days. anybody

else have this?? is it a lymph? how do you

make it go away????

I use to get that too. It sure sounds like
Lymph glands to me. I use Lymph drainage supplements and things that will help drain ---like warm baths or gentle massage or exercise.
Mine was related to Bartonella and got better
with treatment. Could be a die off/herxing too
if you are in tx now.

I had a blocked parotid gland that was real painful. If you suck on a lemon drop and it recreates the pain it's your parotid gland. Maybe a sour pickle would work. Something to get the saliva flowing. It's real painful. Swells and will look like the mumps.
