Can anyone clarify which Lyme forms I.V. Rocephin hits? (Spirochete, cell wall deficient, cyst) Is it Spirochete and cell wall deficient?

Typically, in addition to the I.V. therapy there are other orals prescribed to treat the form or forms Rocephin doesn't do well against, correct?

A lot of meds are discussed here and it's hard to know what each one treats - for example, Biaxin, Diflucan, Flagyl, Bicillin, etc.

Can someone clarify at least the common ones?

Biaxin, bicillin, zithromax and rocephin treat the spirochete.

Flagyl and tinidazole (or tindamax) treat the cyst form. Some LLMD's use plaqenil for the cyst form, but it is not nearly as effective as the other meds listed above.

My mind is blank on the CW meds.

Diflucan treats yeast. Some think it helps with Lyme, but I personally don't buy into it.
