I just bought some Chlorella. I've taken it before - like a year and a half ago when I was first starting treatment.

I got it again because I need some sort of way to detox better than I have been...

How much Chlorella do you all take and can I take it with my vitamins or would it just render the vitamins useless? Anyone know?

Also, does anyone know if I can take prescription medicines with Chlorella?

Thanks!

I have been taking Chlorella for about four

months now together with loads of vitamins, my

regular meds, Vitamin B12 and Glutathione

injectables and Vancomycin IV.

I take 4 chlorella twice daily, together with Citrucel.

I take Wasa high fiber crackers instead of bread

to maintain on a low carb diet while getting the

most out of the detox. Works for me!

I had a naturopath tell me that in order to have the chlorella effectively detox while on abx, I should am for 4 g, twice a day. I know some poeple take up to 10 or 12 g.

Although, she said to build up to those doses, as the chlorella will cause loose bowels.

If you take them, 30 minutes before eating or food if you're using them for detox.

If you want to use them as food, take the vitamins or eat with them.

Hey, I just got some chlorella from my doctor as well, and was wondering the same thing! I was told to take the chlorella before bed so it could work over night.

I eat every 2 hours, all the way up until bedtime, and take a lot of things before bed already. I take a prescription antihistamine 1 hour before bed, and an herbal laxative 45 minutes before bed. For the herbal laxative to work, I can't take anything after it. Think it'd be safe to take the chlorella 5 minutes after the antihistamine and 10 minutes before the laxative?

Thanks everyone. Hope it works well for you D! Let us know how you feel on it [Smile]
