Can this be used to add to water instead of lemons for detoxing?

No. Use fresh lemons. That's what my doctor told me.

Lemon juice concentrate cannot be good for anything.
Vitamin C is fragile and lemons must be freshly squeezed. Fresh lemons are the real deal and have the beneficial effects.

Some say to eat 4 lemons a day. Can you add stevia to them without losing their detox benefit?

jennie5936593..
I used only fresh lemons for a long while, years actually. I recently tried using the concentrated stuff in bottles due to the rising cost of lemons and the pain in the butt they were to squeeze (lack of strength in hands).
I can actually feel the difference in my body.... by the fact the bottled juice doesn't seem to work as well at all.
So I would have to agree with the others, use fresh, they are the best!
And of course, there is none better than fruits from Florida!
