I have so much trouble with insomnia and done some cortisol treatments a few years back without success .. But I did not give it too long. When I am so extremely sick it is hard to even figure out what helps or to feel helped.> know what I mean>

Well ready this article.. it tells about why we have this sleep issue and even why Salt can act like the cortisol.

Very good article Deb, thanks for posting.

I know my adrenals have been helped a lot with the salt. I used to take pantothentic acid (b-5) for my adrenals which helped also.,
