Here I sit almost 2am, tried to go to bed at 9pm but just laying there and can't fall asleep.

Took 25mg of Benadryl, still up. Just took another 25mg and will keep going till I get tired.

I Rifed yesterday late in the day for Lyme and Babs and had the same problem last night.

I had insomnia early on while treating and it turned into Chronic Fatigue, now I seem to be going the other way.

Very strange to say the least.

Anyone else get this ever ?

Gary

Yes, Immediately after I rife, I always feel this exhaustion, like I could fall asleep so easily. Then later that night, I am awake until 2 or 3am.

Fatigue has always been my number 1 symptom, but the feeling after the rife is not fatigue, it is sleepiness.

Now my sleep schedule is all off. I fall asleep at 3am and get up at 10am - not good!

I have been rifing on mostly babs frequencies with only 2 lyme frequencies every other session.

I don't rife, but one of my main symptoms is severe fatigue with severe insomnia. Don't seem like they should go together, but well, that is lyme.

Since these are lyme symptoms, maybe you are herxing!

Lymetwister,

I don't know what your daily schedule is, but have you tried Rifing in the morning? Maybe that would make a difference for you.

I've never noticed a big difference for morning vs. evening, but a friend of mine can only rife for Lyme early in the day.

She then spends the day doing detox support to ward off herxes, and she is able to sleep at night. If she rifes late in the day, she doesn't sleep well.

I hope you get it figured out.

Take care,
Nutmeg
