I have been off all medications and relatively symptom free for over a year now. Im also in full time nursing school and they told me I HAD to get a flu shot.

I got it a week ago and within a few days I started feeling achy , now I have all these lyme symptoms coming back . I feel so stupid for taking the shot and Im terrified my life is going to go back to the hell it was.

Do you think that the lyme will calm down soon or am I doomed ? I started up on ceftin again to try and control it. advice please ? Im scared

You are not doomed. I'm sorry to hear this and really feel for you. I've had problems after vaccines, too but did not know then that there are some things that can help even if after the fact.

Can you call the LLMD who treated you?

Was the vaccine free of mercury? That's the most important first question of several. You would still need to consider that aluminum that is in many.

Chlorella may be the best thing for the time being.

links to come that have some advice for those who are forced to take vaccines.

Not the same as a flu shot yet some good detail here:

http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/09/19/The-Truth-about-the-Flu-Shot.aspx

What To Do if You are Forced to Take Swine Flu Shot (by Dr. Mercola) 2009

While it may be too late to prepare how to avoid it, search this author to see if he has advice on what to do afterward. Some of that may be in the article, though.

Remember - now - to read each point with a "well, if too late, how to address that point with support"

UGH... so sorry to hear. I think if you stay calm your chances of being OK will go UP.

Try what Dr Mercola says in the link. Can't hurt!
