i tried candex as i thought i could have yeast. the first day was ok. took the two capsules on the second day and within hours, my stomach went crazy. i was doubled over in severe pain like a burning ulcer. the pain kept me curled up in a ball all night. egads, it hurt.

i stopped taking it yesterday and the pain has lessened.

has anyone had side effects from candex? could this burning stomach be yeast?

i took it before and never had a problem..

I had the exact same thing, Randi! I do not know what caused it, and I'll never take it again!

That's odd you took it before and did not have a problem.

did you think maybe it was an ulcer? i mean, the pain was incredible --like a fire in my stomach...at one point i really thought i was going to burst into tears. it was like acid in my stomach...

i've never had stomach pain that bad before.

I couldn't take it either, but mostly because it did my bladder in .. severe pain.

I can't tolerate garlic in high amounts as in this product and it also has GSE I think. That is tough on the stomach as well.

Hope you feel better soon! You've got to be careful with your sensitive stomach, randi!

I did not know what it was, but I knew this came from the candex. It was the most severe stomach pain I've ever had, and it lasted for like 10 hours. I thought I might need to go to the E.R. because my stomach felt like it was going to explode.

i bought candex back about 7 months ago, had the same problem like you did,

i call the people i bought it from, to tell them what happen, they told me to call the manufacture, they just sell it,

i call the maker, and they informed me that what ever happen to me was NOT from their product, i

i made an appt with my GI,

had a endoscopy, an found out i have a 1 inch stomach plyop, which was removed, so if it wasnt for me using and calling,

i would not have got that signal. now i use candex without that terrible feeling
