For $18 a visit, I can go to a beautiful sauna/spa. They have many different rooms, and many emit Far-Infrared Rays.

I am trying to detox after being on a few months of antibiotics (I am very toxic, have a lot of inflammation, and feel very anxious). I do not feel comfortable doing strenuous exercise, and so I was looking into Far-infrared saunas to sweat. I was thinking about buying a solo unit (which is out of my budget), but this facility looks amazing. It has 9 sauna rooms, including an ice room.

Looks like a great place to detox and even relax and meditate. Many of the rooms emit FIR, and they all detoxify differently.
