LLMD wants my daughter to take 5 drops of GSE in a glass of water. It came in a plain brown bottle so I am assuming they compounded the GSE themselves..if thats even possible.

Anyway, it appears a little syrupy and my daughter "thought" she heard him say swish it in her mouth and spit it out but I "thought" I heard him say drink it in about 8 oz of water.

Any ideas...besides calling the LLMD and asking.

Thanks! [Wink]

I think you may mean Grape Fruit Seed Extract, can you clarify if that is the case?

They are two very different things.

Wow...now you have me thinking...I remember the packing sheet said something like citricide. It must be grapefruit seed extract. Because we were

talking about yeast at the time.

I take a grapefruit seed capsule every morning with my other vitamins. They sell it online at vitacost and everywhere.

But yeah, before i knew what i was doing with GFSE, i bought grapeseed extract, which when i remember, i take that as well.
