My toes hurt quite a bit, fingers too but not as much. Ankles, knees, spine, feet and leg bones. Oh and wrists. Not my arms though! Yay for me.....

Limeaid, in the early days, months, and years I could feel every bone in all fingers and hands.
I had told my PCP first visit after being ill for just 10 days...something is attacking my hands and fingers. That and other sx gave this doc a possible lyme infection dx.
Now adays I only have hand pain during the monthly lyme cycle. So my experience says LYME.

Yes, I have a lot of pain in my fingers and thumbs and wrists, as well as my larger joints---neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, etc. It's bad! And the finger and thumb pain can be so excruciating that I can't use my hand at all, and it's unbearable at rest. The Lyme causes DJD, unfortunately.
Any x-rays or MRI's I've had over decades show an ungodly amount of damage. I was sent to a rheumatologist for it decades ago. She said I had RA, which I didn't believe. After I got the CDC + WB I naively went back to her, and she said it was a false +!!! Unreal. They believe in false +, but not false -. End of rant.
