Hello

My biggest symptoms and problems right now are ridiculous anxiety, fatigue, lightheadedness, and for some reason low sodium.

I will be looking into my adrenal gland, but I am also curious what tick illnesses besides Lyme can cause horrid anxiety and panic attacks. I am really struggling as I don't want to become addicted to medications. I have a big history of Lyme disease but never addressed other tick born illnesses. The anxiety is worse at night and I keep trying to take it out on my relationship since my poor confused brain keeps feeling a need to find a rational reason for feeling this way. Obviously its taking its toll and I love my fiance. I am looking into a new LLMD but for now I am just looking for some advice before I explode. Anybody have this?? I also have white spots on my nails-for quite a while now, before the terrible anxiety hit (which hit me like a truck out of nowhere a few weeks ago).

I got panic attacks since I got infected with Bartonella henselae this year. There are some nights I can't sleep one minute .
Never had it this way in my 20 years of Lyme.
