I am hearing about many Oxidative treatments that are supposed to help treat many things.

Then I hear about how great antioxidants are so helpful too.

IS there any worry about how they affect one another? Or would that only be a worry if they are done on the same day or same times?

I am confused about this subject . . if anyone has any insight please let me know..
