Over the holidays, I've completed gone way off the wagon in terms of no sugar/carbs--anyone else?

I feel guilty but almost like I deserve it--hopefully i don't pay too much for this!

I fell off that wagon so long ago...that I am having such a hard time getting back on. I know it must hinder my healing to some extent.

I am starting again to cut out sugar/gluten but probably will go slowly...my body craves it so badly but I've gotta get rid of this yeast!

Would love to hear how you do when the holidays are over! I did just throw away a box of chocolate covered cherries- if I hadn't, I seriously would have eaten all of them in a day or two! YUCK. [Smile] JL

I fell off big time too. And I've been feeling awful for the past couple of days because of it.

Today....NO sugar. NO carbs.

Just ate a large amount of chocolate. Oh well!

Fortunately I find that any problems from yeast have been held off with garlic, nystatin and Candex, and the occasional oregano and other herbal anti-yeast pills.
