Does anyone else have really bad restless leg syndrome? has anyone found a solution?

abx lyme treatment cured mine but magnesium is the easiest to incorporate, also Vit B complex

Low ferritin (storage iron) can cause RLS.

Yes, I have RLS.
Some nights it's worse than others. Nothing has really helped it except I did notice that the short time I was able to be on Factive (Bart medicine) it didn't happen.

I had it really bad for awhile, even had it in my arms at night at least 3 times a week.
For me I think it was a combo of low iron and low magnesium that made it worse.
treating my lyme helped.
On a very rare occasion I still get it but only if I've had some caffiene in the evening or if my hubby wakes me up in the middle of the night.
