Not on abt therapy currently..looking for another LLMD. But today I have felt like I have

been in a fog..depersonalized I guess you would say..feeling very sad, cried to my husband..very cold, chills, and just out of it..had to take a

xanax to calm me down.. Could this be a flare up? Herx? even though Im not on abt's?

Went to the Library and picked up Cure Unknown and Healing Lyme to get as much info as I can.. Thankyou board members for answering my posts

and giving me some info as well, this is just such a difficult process to navigate through and understand esp. when you have days like this.

So sorry you've had such a rough time. Nice to know you are being pro-active and trying to learn. Good for you!

I can't say what is going on... but yes, it could be a flare. I would also consider being checked for Bartonella. These symptoms are often associated with that condition.

You won't always feel like a yo-yo and have such problems. It will get better.

Please let us know how you are doing and if you need any help. OK?

I just looked at the calendar because things were not good today and oh NO there's a second full moon this month on Friday. Many of us are effected by the full moon.

There is also a huge weather system coming my way and I also feel it getting closer.

The immune system will try to attack without abx and cause a herx reaction, not severe like with abx or rife sessions. Also it's no party when the guys come out to play and reproduce.

Hope this gives you some ideas on what could be triggering your rough day.

Pam

Weird is my main symptom right now [Smile] It's been a while since I felt "normal." Hang in there, Mel...

I'm on an abx break currently as well...

It happens and you'll be ok. I have depersonalization for bouts at a time. When I'm free of it, I feel alive - hard to explain unless you have it. It will pass. PM if you want to, but it's happened before and it passed. Feel good -
