I just tested my pH for the first time ever : )
I did it at noon (about hr and a half after breakfast- eggs + organic rice grits)
My pH was 6.25
Also... for the last week my morning body temp has avg'ed 96.6
So what can I gather from all of this? I have an idea... but would love some help.

Cane...
Not sure what you are looking for in the way of answers.
Obviously you know your body temp is a little low, IF you did it properly and depending on how you tested it.... and it depends sometimes if it was done while on your cycle, etc.
Do you have a PH chart there with the test strips and instructions with the strips?
What spots did you test with the PH strips? Urine, saliva, sweat, etc... ???

I was suprised with this also. I have tested
several members of our families out of curiousity.
Suprisingly only my daughter and I are low PH.

Where was it done?
Well I'm in Houston and I did it in my kitchen upon waking up.
I think balancing your pH levels are a big deal. Oxygenates the body more efficiently and creates an environment that opposes bacterias and free radicals.
