Yes, helps my very stiff lower back. Be careful...after awhile your body may "crave it" (need more to get same result).

I only limit myself to 10mg when absolutely needed. Just to loosen up enough to get moving.

I've talked to & have read some MSers need so much they get a Baclofen pump inserted in their spine.

A few of us, MS found out Lyme, noticed our bodies requiring more and promptly weaned off it.

just saw a new endocrinologist this afternoon & she asked me about my Baclofen usage.

She reinerated what I wrote above. How the body can "need more to get same results". She was happy to hear I knew that & how I limit it.

She also said there is other natural ways to get same result.

She didn't explain that today. My hormones, estergen, progesterone esterial are all out of wack...oh yeah so is my thyroid. Adrenals too

All can contribute to muscle spasms/stiffness.
