Would this be helpful in providing someone with energy? I saw mixed thoughts about it on this site. I am just so drained and I have a bottle. Thinking of using it.

Hard to say how you will react to it as everyone reacts differently to meds/herbs.

I've heard some people have herxed on Resveratrol, so you never know.

If you're having really big problems with energy, I'd speak to your LLMD about it and see what s/he say or can prescribe to help you.

I haven't heard about resveratrol being for energy. It's a good product though.

You might look into NT Factor for energy.

My LLMD told me I should start using Resveratrol for my Lyme's. He didn't say that it was to give me more energy though. Im not really sure why he suggested it, but I will get some and try it.

Just to let you know, it's lyme, not lyme's or lymes. [Smile]

I don't remember reading anything about using it for increased energy. Cordyceps is supposed to help with that. I have found that Acetyl L Carnitine is very helpful - take 1000mg a day.

I took my first Adrenal Essence capsule today. It's made by Xymogen and has cordyceps in it among other things. About an hour or so after I took it I noticed a pretty good increase in energy. So far I'm impressed.

elley,
Look into Rhodiola for fatigue.

The Rhodiola Revolution
http://www.amazon.com/Rhodiola-Revolution-Transform-Breakthrough-Century/dp/159486294X/

I've read the reviews for various brands of Rhodiola at iHerb.com and from what I see, it seems to help people with some mental symptoms.

My LLMD recommended B-12 for energy. It seems to help.

I have had a herx-like reaction to it. About 15 minutes after drinking it I feel "high" but in a good way.

My teenager takes it and calls it her "happy drink"

Our LLMD recommends it.. only a good quality brand.
