my protocal is a drop and a supplemnt.

20 drops at breakfast and 20 drops at dinner, treating my viruses first, i will go buy the other 2 items after i read up on them, since im close by in new york.

Amatodine is a prescription that treat virus, 1 a day for 3 months. nystatin tab which i have alot of.im tired of nystatin, been taking them for months,

I want dulfin [sp] is this for virus, or to prevent yeast, help me here.

it is im going to call and asked for a prescription of dulfin, i had this before.

the iodoral, that i got
is 1 a day for 30 days, then a half of the pill, till the bottle is finish.

before i asked for the dulfin, can someone tell me if dulfin is for preventing yeast, or is it a treatment of viruses.

oh forgot to finish, go to a sauna. i'll call some and see what is good.

5-htp spray, anyone every heard of a spray for sleep, i have the pills, never heard of a spray.

melatonin, i have these already.

Have you ever had your cortisol checked?

I had insomnia and sleep problems for 10 years!!! before addressing my adrenal glands.

Now I wake up wide awake and fall asleep on time every night. All this changed in just 2 week of adrenal support.

It's been pretty amazing.

how do you check your cortisol. through blood work, if it is i believe mines is real low, im also menopausel.

hopefully my dr check me for that with the bloodwork that he did....im going to paryer on this one.... thanks

canefan, maybe you told me already or I read it, can't remember. What did you take for adrenal support that made such a big difference for you?

Diflucan is for yeast. Nystatin is as well, but stays in the Gi tract where Diflucan is systemic.

ok, i want both

i need aggresiveness with these MONSTERS that im dealing with, i have cfs, mycobactrium, hhv6, hsv1, cmv, ebv, and now lyme.one band.

you might be saying what is all these, well these are visues and bactria that's controlling my life,

i have to get them in remission. i take valtrex too. my valtrex is almost done, i have refills, but i cannot get them refill until middle of feb.

i had 60 pills in the bottle.
