Ever since hiking up two lighthouses in two days last week, I feel like crap--I would have thought the effects would have worn off by now.
After hiking the lighthouses, I had really bad head pressure--not really a headache, just thumping and feeling like a balloon in my head.
Over the past few days, my heart is back to pounding--haven't had that for a while--and I've had stomach cramps and nausea. I attributed that to maybe a bug, but no vomiting or diarrhea.
Now I have the head pressure coming back again, but (aside from the lighthouse issues) it's been two weeks since the last flare up with that, so it could be a herx type reaction.
I also had what felt like a panic attack trying to start yesterday at the store.
Man, I'm going to have a boatload of stuff for the LMD this month...

It sounds like its been a rough week but it is good you are keeping track of your symptoms for your next lmd appointment.
Hang in there! Have you started any new antibiotics or herbs? It sounds like you are having a herx reaction.

No new abx or anything, the only thing out of the ordinary was hiking the lighthouses.
I had another issue overnight.
I woke up and my left arm was completely asleep--pins and needles and felt dead. I thought oh crap I sllept on it wrong.
Tried to slap it awake, it felt better, buut then hen I tried to go back to sleep, it kept going back to sleep no matter what position I was in.
Finally went out to the living room to sleep sitting up in the recliner--couldn't get warm and just shook uncontrollably for about 15 minutes.
Went into my son's bed (he was in our bed) where I could prop myself up and eventually got back to sleep.
My arm still feels weird, and the left side of my face (jaw area) feels sort of numb. My lft ear also sounds muffled.
I had myself convinced overnighht that I don't have Lyme, but whatever I have is going to kill me.

I feel as bad now as I did before I was ever diagnosed.
My whole left side is at least shaky; my arm is still weak and feels half asleep and cold.
No trouble moving it or anything, and my grip on that side seems as strong as the grip on the right side.
The left side of my jaw cracked really loud and painfully today, so I don't know if that has anything to do with this or not.

These sound like symptoms I had. They came and went sometimes with no real explanation. Very scary! The jaw and ear thing was weird. It was apparently due to the neuro damage, sensory nerves, per my MD. But I doubt that explains all of it.
Just wanted to reassure you that others (at least one other!) had the same thing and thus far has survived it! Keep us posted.

Im another one. Yes its scary! my symptom comes and goes.
Sometimes it shifts to a leg and back to the arm.
Feels like the body part falls asleep and then for the
next few days that limb would be weak.
My ear would clog, then popping open would be painful.
Since I started tx., it rarely happens now (KNOCK
