I have always wanted to know if they really work.
I've never talked with anyone who used one.

I use one and it feels really good - helps my back also.
When I first got mine a couple of years ago, lymph flow in my upper body was not good and it made me feel worse.
I saw a lymphatic drainage practitioner for awhile and am able to use mine daily now. I like it.

I tried one before I knew I had LD. Didn't seem to do much.

We started with a chi years ago. Great.
We now use a Galileo - vibration - for rebuilding of muscles, balance, circulation, lymphatic clearing. Many gyms use it, rehab centers, doctors in their practice for patients, etc.
