Foam Roller, tennis ball (lie on floor) Work on middle-upper back with tennis ball. *I've had muscle knots forever though and I'm convinced it's parasites/bugs living in my muscles. And isn't tindimax like flagyl... could you have possibly busted up some cysts and sparked some spirochetal activity? I read this article recently and got excited...http://lymemd.blogspot.com/2009/03/fibromyalgia-remission-with-malarone.html
