I've been taking Rifampin/Doxy/Azithromycin combo for 3 weeks. Because I had terrible nausea, stomach pain and extreme fatique and I could eat nothing, I stopped them for 2-3 days. Today I started them again. Yesterday I took a Diflucan and all night I was sweating and my fever was 37.9 C.
Today my fever is 38.4 C. It is going up.
I don't know what it is.
Can I have fever from ABs? Or is it candida? Or a virus?
How can I decide?

Do you take your abx's after a meal?
Make sure to take your abx's with a meal. Will help with stomach pain/
As for the fever I'm sorry I can't help. Sounds like a Bart herx. But again, that's just a guess.

Thank you for answers. I take Rifampin in the morning in empty stomach, and 2 hour later I take Doxy/Azithro with food. Also at night I take Doxy/Azithro with food.
I just hope my fever is not from candida or liver damage.
