I've tried Glutamine, probiotics, gluten free diet, digestive enzymes and diflucan. I'm at a loss as to what to try next?

Try eliminating other foods from your diet, especially dairy/lactose. We did an elimination diet with no gluten, dairy, nuts, citrus, corn, soy, tomatoes, eggs, for a couple of weeks, then rechallenged each food separately, every couple of days.
It is also possible that you have not done enough yeast treatment: doing nystatin with diflucan can help, and the dose and duration of diflucan needs to be enough.
Finally, using Gastrocrom, a mainstream med that is not used often, but has anti-inflammatory properties (it is also used for asthma) can help. It comes in ampules and is a clear liquid: you mix it with water and take before meals and at bedtime.

If SCD (specific carbohydrate diet) can heal crohns-- this may be best option.

I read that freeze dried garlic kills yeast.
