Guys I just wanted to share something that works, finally. After a year of major GI issues, every probiotic on the market, and rifampin really wrecking me hard, I decided to try this product.
Within 12 hours of taking 2 pills I saw normalcy I wouldn't think I'd see again, without getting too gory.
It's only one strain and it worked 100x better instantly, than all those multi strain probiotics.

- Thanks for sharing that. Yes, I've found Jarrow's SB to be very good, too.
Jarrow is an excellent brand and I've been impressed with all of their products that I've taken. -

This is the brand hubby takes as well. Even though the bottle says it is ok if non-refrigerated, we always buy ours at a health food store that keeps it in a cooler just to be on the safe side.

Yeah, I recommend Jarrow SB, IMO it is as good as Florastor.

My GI was pretty much perfect before taking it, but I decided to take it when I went on Clindamycin.
It gave me bad constipation and pain in abdomen. I had to stop it.
Wonder why? Online I read about others who said the same thing happened to them. I used the Jarrow brand.
Not trying to be negative...glad it helped you. Just putting this here to see if anyone else had this or knows why it happened.
I take other high quality probiotics too.

Lymetoo is right; you still need to take probiotics.
Saccharomyces Boulardii is a good yeast that competes for space with Candida albicans; but you don't want to populate your gut with just yeast! You need those acidophilus bacteria too!
