Has anyone heard from Marnie? I'm curious if she's conducted surveys of patients following her advice. Anyone cured/in remission from her 'Magic 5' or Coconut oil/Omegabrite fish oil strategy. Any of this stuff working? She puts up all these intriguing ideas and then is gone for months on end. I'd love to see a circle get closed.

Mom (91) is very ill - hosp.x2 ...fell in rehab. and needed 6 staples (head) and now mental changes...

Look very closely at the "medicinal food" called Axona and what it does (caprylic acid). Caprylic acid is in VCO.

Capryl by Solaray...research it.

Go here for Axona info:
http://www.neurologyreviews.com/ADs/Axona_newsletter.pdf

Then note caprylic acid is an anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal AND it

inhibits IL-8.

Google: IL-8 lyme

OmegaBrite reduces TNF alpha and IL1 B.

Don't forget the power of good old cinnamon to help control glucose levels.

And above all...keep pumping in probiotics...vary them.

Do NOT expect miracles overnight. Healing doesn't happen that fast (nor should it).

MCT is fine = VCO/coconut milk 3 T. of VCO look to be = to 10 oz of coconut milk...both 3 divided doses daily.

"Saturated" means already hydrogen loaded.

I've tried both (VCO and the milk) orally...yuck. I'm on caprylic acid (Capryl) as an experiment (and taking cinnamon capsules daily too). I DO apply VCO to my skin after showering (I warm it slightly in a small dish over a tea light.)

MCT (VCO) is working for the pediatrician's AD- suffering husband.

Axona is very expensive.

I know lyme can trigger AD, but what else...good old candida?

What triggers the "gene" for AD to be "activated"? When "younger" it is repressed. Too many AD patients these days.

I also tried a free 2 hour session of scalar frequencies. 4 units in a big room with several people in recliners. Relaxing. I was unable to "focus" to read magazines I had brought along to pass the time.

HBO is next on my agenda. I want to see what it "feels" like for me (I don't have lyme) and evaluate my (relatively a normal person - hee, hee) reaction to it.

I am a very curious person. I want to KNOW.

hobo -
You can search the archives for Magic five. Here is the original post but there are others.

Personally, I take lipase, a fat digesting enzyme.
