You could use castor oil packs - maybe do a search here or google for specific directions.

I have warm, fuzzy memories of doing almost nightly castor oil packs for about a year, before being diagnosed with Lyme and Co.

Ok - yes, the warm fuzzy part of the above was sarcastic, sorry.

But I did put in my time on castor oil packs.

Basically - I used a saturated wool flannel (bought only for this purpose), put it on the abdomen, covered that with plastic, and then put a heating pad on top of that.

Left the whole thing on for about a half an hour (watched Frazier re-runs, so the very thought of Frazier is tied to castor oil and vice versa, in my head).

It's not hard to do, and is probably very helpful for many conditions.

Or maybe to wake up parasites, you would take the castor oil orally?

I used castor oil. Mostly for abdomen issues/digestion issues.

If I remember correctly, I poured it on a flannel like cloth, then placed it on my abdomen, then put a heating pad over it. Don't remember exactly how long I would sit with that, maybe 15-20 minutes.

Then took epsom salt bath.

It was not harmful and likely did have some benefit.

But to this day I still have digestive issues!

Don't know anything about humaworm.

I don't do abx. I just want to say there are videos on U-tube that show how to do Castor oil packs. They r messy but wonderful and very relaxing. My doc and doc K recommends them as do 2 Naturopath's I have seen in the past. Joyce
