I've never been on that particular combo, but I would think your doctor or pharmacist would best be able to answer whether or not they can be combined.

I was on Rocephin, Biaxin, and Rifampin for a couple months. Never tried Zithromax but it is in the same class as Biaxin.
This combo was prescribed by my LLMD.
If you are ever curious about the safety of your med combos check with your pharmacist and run your list of meds through an interaction checker. The one at drugs.com is easy to use.

I am on omnicef, zith, and rifampin. I think omni is like rocephin.
