last year my tongue was white, i mean white as snow,
from april, and i have been treating my self with different yeast products: like garlic, pau d arco,
caprylic acid taken with fish oil, i heard this is something that you should do,

candex, nystatin, black walnut,candiclear5, olive leaf, and at one time a box of threelac, grapefruit seed extract, all in capsules form...

early in the beginning of 2010, i have notice my tongue becoming pink, but im not feeling my best,

the question... am i getting rid of my yeast, and is this showing me a sign that im getting rid of my yeast in my body,

can someone relate to this and tell me if my yeast inside of me is getting better, remember im still not feeling well even thou my tongue is getting back pink.

i treated myself today for the first time in a year with a hot chocolate and a bagel with cream cheese,

i hope i did not make a mistake
for the whole of last year april, i was eating only organic brown rice, organic chicken, and different vegetable for breakfast, lunch an dinner....

no kind of sweet, only once or twice i would have a sweet whatever...but i go right back to my yeast treatment.

so im i on the right road of ridden my yeast. thanks in advance

Great report...you may also be in a good spot physically to begin the allergie-immune therapy. This can help with the gut and gi issues and clearing candida/yeast.

Yeast die off can make you feel bad. If your tongue is turning pink again, I'd say you're on the right track.

Grapefruit seed extract and garlic also are used to treat Lyme, so that could also be contributing to feeling bad.

Sounds like you know all the tricks for treating yeast!
