My Mom sent me this. Interesting website.... any thoughts? He seems to advocate MMS for bacterial/detox effects.

Apparently it is a total scam. Check out the ALSforums and you will see plenty of info about how this site has scammed people. Sad.

"and the fact that ALS is a terminal illness provides them with lowered risk of legal action. "
The "debunkers" may want to look further into what they are saying. MMS most certainly detoxes toxins from our system. As for ALS, I know one person personally and a couple more from my doc who have fully recovered. When they tell you it's a scam, make sure they provide details as to the why.

I wasn't suggesting that MMS is a scam - it may be effective for some but it also highly toxic if used incorrectly. I'd suggest to the original poster that she read the other MMS threads on here before venturing down that road. If you do indeed know of someone personally who was dxd with ALS and has recovered, then please post it on the "stories of hope" section of the ALS site. Any information that offers a glimmer of hope to ALS sufferers is a wonderful thing.
