Hi All, I just finished a viatmin c flush late Friday. I posted here and said I felt like I was herxing on Sat and Sunday with a slight fever 98 and felt some old symptoms come out like a herx.
My question is today is Monday. Could I still be herxing? My temp is 98.7 and am having my period and feel relatively ok except for the elevated fever.
Yesterday went to the gym for 40min, did the sauna as well.
Any thoughts??? Janice

98.7 is a normal body temperature. Perhaps something you did brought your temp up to normal range, which is bound to make you feel better.

I would say herx. How are you doing now? Some women experience a dramatic increase in symptoms at that
time. So combine the two together- I felt awful with a temp. of 99-101.

I now have nausea, upset stomach. My LLMD has me on a nautral meds/supplement to help jump start my thyroid.
Since being on that my stomach, temp has been elevated and feel like my thyroid is cycling in and out of hyper to sluggish again.
sunday night felt my heart racing, hyper, and thoughts racing. not bad racing justlike everything was moving fast.

You may have to ramp up slower. You may want to back off supp's to see if it will level off to
tolerable levels. I would try half and see what happens.
