Began Zithromax & Omnicef last Thursday. Only difference is a little more muscle pain, a bit more depression & minor pain in arch of feet. Is it possible to have very mild herx? Was hoping for herx just to give some hope for ever getting out of this house again! But don't know if you could call such minor increase in symptoms a herx or not.

Those aren't typical Bart drugs. Those appear to be more lyme.
Bart drugs tend to be: -Levaquin -rifampin with Doxy or Biaxin or Zith -Bactrim DS

After I started Zith and Omnicef, the bottoms of my feet started hurting badly. I told this to my doc and he then added Bactrim DS for Bart.
