I've been reading a bit about glutathione in various non-IV, non-oral delivery methods, such as suppositories, inhaler, or troche/sublingual methods.
Have any of you used any of these or does anyone have opinions on how to compare the effectiveness of three options?

I did the compounded cream, that you rub on "thin-skinned" areas like shins and the inside of your lower arms. You rub the glutathione cream on with another cream that helps it penetrate into the bloodstream, and you use gloves to apply it.
I might have noticed a small boost from it the first time I used it, but after that, I wasn't seeing much benefit, so I stopped.
I have heard of other glutathione creams that don't come with that activator cream....I don't know how well those work either way.
I have never done IV or any other form of glutathione besides that cream, so I have nothing to compare it to.

doing IV is cheap and effective. you dont need an IV picc to do it. I had experience with venipuncture and was able to do an IV push using a buterfly catheter.
let me know if you need more info.
I got the stuff from infuserveamerica.com
