I have been using Source Naturals MethylCobalamin Subligual from Vitacost. Sublingual has the best absorbtion and Methylcobalamin is the preferred source of B-12.
Aside from injections of B-12 this is probably one of the better sources.

The tablets that melt under your tongue always left that area raw so it became hard to have one everyday.
The one I use now is Nature's Bounty Sublingual Liquid B Complex. It has no sugar/sweetner/milk/lactose/soy/gluten/wheat/yeast/fish/sodium. Found it at Rite Aid & Walgreens.
It has a liquid dropper and instructions say to leave under tongue for 30 seconds. One dropper has 1.2 mg of B-12 and you can take it up to four times a day.
