I had mine for six months. They are finally going away, along with stutters, twitches, and spasms

Taking supplemental magnesium might reduce the tremor.
After I had convinced my mom to take some mag, she commented to my sister that her tremor had decreased.

I have hand tremors. Probably started about 2yrs ago. Gets worse, more noticeable when I'm tired or stressed. I have trouble holding pencils/pens and writing also. It's embarrassing because I can't stop the tremors and people like to point it out to me like I don't know it's happening.
Good luck with your appt Hopefully these things will go away with treatment.
