Take the magnesium away from the abx. It's good to take at nighttime because it can help with sleep.

Take the candida prevention away from abx, also the probiotic. They can probably be taken together. I also liked to take probiotics before I went to bed so they had all night to work, but this depends on your timing of abx, which is difficult with amoxy because it should be about 8 hours apart if taking three times per day.

That's all I know .... someone else might have more suggestions.

I also take probiotics at night...easier to get in.

Six has it pretty well outlined. The vitamins , B, and D shouldn't matter when.

Take the oil of oregano at least 2 hrs before or after any abx. Taking amoxy makes it harder to do!!

Good luck!!

Correct me if I'm wrong guys.... It doesn't matter so much when she takes the oil of oregano, does it??

It would be like taking Diflucan.

This question made me crazy, and I'm still not sure if I'm doing it right.

Currently I take my antibiotics 12 hours apart, after a full meal. I take my probiotics 2 hrs. away from that, before or after, on an empty stomach. I take my supplements at a separate time, 2 hrs. away from the others, twice a day. I have some powder and liquid vitamins that I take once a day in my morning tea. I try to drink green tea together with my antibiotics, hoping it makes them work better. I try NOT to drink hot tea with my probiotics, so I don't kill them.

So right now, I take pills at 6:30(antibiotics), 8:30 (probiotics) and 10:30 (vitamins/supplements) in the morning, and 4:30 (probiotics and supplements), 6:30 (abx) and after 8:30 (detox herbs) at night, and have a lot of alarms set on my cell phone to remind me, and a giant pillbox for each day of the week that I fill on the weekends. I didn't want to have to stay up late after work, waiting for time to take my antibiotics at night, if I came home fatigued. I still might be doing it wrong, but when i started, I forgot to take half the stuff at all, and definitely took some of the wrong things together.

Because I am on doxy, I am not supposed to have dairy at the same time, so I intend to not have dairy products between 4:30 and 8:30 (am or pm), but I keep making mistakes with that, too.

Good luck, and let me know if anybody has a good way of managing the scheduling so things don't conflict with each other.
