question.. u know i just started making my own kefir, i havent notice much gas, right now, is the

kefir pushing out the bad bactiria, cause im not feeling good right now.. but im noticing less gas

or can the humaworn have me not feeling right. 5 more days of the humaworn...its seems hard on me too.

We make our own kefir, and I wouldn't think that's what is making you not feel well.

My guess would be the humaworm. Keep doing the kefir, it's really good for your gut.

thanks kidsgotlyme....i will, i like making the kefir,its fun and hardly any more gas..

now and again,a little gas, but not like before

humaworn i would be glad when i finsih taking those, im also taking drops from my llmd, dont no

which has me feeling bad..5 more days of humaworn, i dont see any worm in my stool, i will finish them all thou.

How would one make Kefir?

I'd love to try....I spend a fortune on probiotics.
