Have you had this checked out by a MD?
I have had a thorough cardiology work up including a nuclear stress test.
I still get chest pain.
Try taking some extra magnesium.
By the way, the cardiologist pronounced my heart as "perfect".
This despite the pains, missed beats, irregular beats and more.
Hugs,

I had an EKG done in early January when they pains started. He also said it was 'perfect'. This was before my Lyme diagnosis. Not sure if that would show an abnormality, or someone with Lyme needs other types of heart tests. I tried to call but the office is closed until next week.
