Has anyone tried the B-12 shots that include some of the amino acids? I know regular docs have administered them for weight loss. I just wondered if a lyme patient tried them for energy?
Also, a nice poster on this board just informed he did the B "complex" shots with favorable results.
Thanks for any feedback!!!

I have not tried that combo of shots but this is what does seem to help me in combo with magnesium, B100 and B12. If I do not take these I get a lot of aching in my arm that I had tendonitis in from Levaquin. It also helps my mood and mind function and gives me more energy.
1000mg Acetyl L carnitine - for brain cognition, converting fat to muscle, utilizing glucose and fat, and energy. I also use this on a horse that has muscle damage and cramping and it helps him a lot. One gram per 100 lbs of body weight.
500 mg DL Methionine - used to repair damage along with 500 Mg L Lysine
100 mg Hyaluronic acid - replaces collagen lost form spirochetes loving it so much. This helps the joints, skin and eyes feel much better. I could not function without this.
I learned this from researching the ingredients of a couple of very expensive products for horses and people that are very good for healing damage. You can add glucosamine and condroitin if you have arthritis. Make sure you are getting enough calcium , copper, zinc, manganese and chromium. You could just take a mineral supplement. Enzymes will help it too. I don't worry about the later stuff as it works just fine for me without cramming that many pills down my mouth.
