My symptoms have been getting worse daily for the last week. I wonder if it might be because I have strengthened my body and its immune system?
I started eating completely cleanly a month or so ago. I eat a bunch of vegetables, eggs, some fruit, meat (mostly fish and chicken), and drink only water. I do not eat any sugar, grains, or high-glycemic foods. I also started taking supplements at the same time that I started my completely clean diet.
It seems like my symptoms became worse after eating completely healthy and taking supplements. Does anyone have a similar experience or comments on the science of it? Was my immune system strengthened, after which it went more forcefully after the Borrelia and coinfections?

No one has any input on the nutrition-symptom link? I feel that my few weeks of excellent nutrition plus supplements must be increasing my body's response to the Borrelia and coinfections.
