today i had only my 4th day of rocephin (only 2g) - but hours after i got today's dose i had mild gall bladder pain. although im on actigall and drink a lot.
what now?
should i take a break from rocephin or just continue (my llmd planned 7 or 10 days straight, then pulsed)?

Call your LLMD.
Rocephin is known for gall sludge.

i cant. its weekend and i am supposed to get my next IV today in the hospital-ambulance. so I need to decide.
i have had gall colics 2 years before when i was for 3 weeks on 4 g rocephin. the sludge dissolved months later and i could keep my gall bladder. but now i am unsure if mild gall bladder cramps are okay cos i desperately need this iv-therapy against my pain. or better stop for 1 or 2 days and then resume a pulse-therapy?
