My daughter just got a prescription for Factive, 320 mg. once a day.
When I checked out the posts here it seems like everyone is pulsing it, 5 days on, 5 days off or something like that.
Is anyone taking it consistently? Should I ask him about pulsing or just take it as prescribed?
Any thoughts welcome, please

I took it consistently, 7 days a week, for about 4 months. My doc does not pulse. Kris

When I first started Factive I was told to pulse it 5days on 5days off.
I only did this for a couple weeks because I would feel so terrible less than 24hrs after my last pill. I would feel worse each day until I restarted the Factive.
Because of this my doctor had my try it every day. I felt much better using it daily.
