Yes, you can.
Some more info:
-stevia is not a sugar at all, so it won't bother candida
-When you buy stevia in packets or in a jar in a powder form, they sometimes add other stuff to it to keep it from clumping. The 'other stuff' sometimes includes some type of sugar. Chemical names that end with 'ose' are sugars (fructose, glucose, sucrose, dextrose) and that's the powder you might want to avoid if you're trying to be COMPLETELY avoiding all sugars.
-the reason they add other types of sugar to powdered stevia is that its hard to measure a tiny amount of stevia alone, and they want it to 'flow' like powdered sugar.
-the stevia provides most of the sweetness of these powdered products so even if the manufacturer added something like lactose or dextrose, the amount of actual sugars that you would ingest is probably quite small. Personally, I don't mind, but if I had a choice, I"d get a brand that didn't contain sugars.
-the other powders that they sometimes use are xylitol, erythritol, maltitol, etc- they're alternative sweeteners also, they're actually a type of alcohol (not like ethanol in wine, but somewhat chemically related). They're probably safer than Nutrasweet and other chemical sweeteners, but in large quantities they can cause diarrhea. Again, when they're mixed with stevia in a product that is marketed as stevia, the quantity of xylitol or other 'alcohol' is very small and I don't worry about it in my own diet.
-another possible ingredient in powdered stevia is inulin or FOS- those are undigestible, sweet-tasting form of fiber, that is probably pretty harmless in small doses. It's found in nature in some plants, and some probiotics because it might help some probiotics grow. Again, I personally wouldn't worry about it too much from an anti-candida perspective. If I had to choose from a lactose/dextrose-containing sweetener or an inulin-containing one, I'd probably take the inulin one.

I personally like the NuStevia liquid, but it's not available in all stores and other brands are good too.
